IT solutions for ENTERPRISES

Workflow, BPM

In every company there are administrative procedures, which include filling out, handling, and signing forms and documents. Cost clearing, raw material ordering, and acquisitions are only a few examples for such procedures. The expression “workflow” means managing the above procedures on computerized, paperless bases, or in other words, we could call it automation.

Some typical workflow processes:

  • Authorization processes, e.g. authorization of business trips, holidays, IT enquires, login, assets, etc;
  • Processes requiring answers;
  • Complaints, service departments, helpdesks;
  • Approval processes;
  • Cost clearing, acquisition initiating, publication of rules and regulations, etc.

The advantages of workflow solutions:

Companies use a great part of their resources for these kind of simple, administrative activities. These procedures put pressure on managers and administration workers, since they have to follow the whole process step by step. This includes making unnecessary phone calls, visiting offices, and in many cases, if there is a problem (which can simply happen by losing a piece of paper), it is hard to find the responsible party, because the procedure has to go through so many different people.

Apart from this, in many cases the company’s main profile can meet the criteria of workflow processes, with well regulated routine activities and easily definable participants in the procedure. In such cases, by installing our workflow system we can directly increase the efficiency of the company and the quality of its services.

Our workflow solution is most useful for larger companies, because due to their size they tend to have more communications difficulties, which can harm the efficiency of paper-based administration and managerial work. Such difficulties can be, for example, reaching the authorized person, geographical distances, or changing regulations.
