Document management

Most companies generate a vast amount of paperwork that managers need to keep in one location to stay on top of things.These companies have a need for document management, which is generally understood to mean that existing hard documents must be scanned to achieve a paper-free office.Indeed, the objective is to avoid having to move back and forth, since we can view and read everything on our computers.

The most important document management tasks:

  • The safe and orderly storage and search of documents;
  • Establishing a unified central document database;
  • Handling central templates, such as sample contracts (for example,to ensure that employees only work with sample contracts that have been approved by attorneys);
  • The strict regulation of authority of access;
  • Regulation of related processes (for example,approval, audits);
  • Ensuring the authenticity of electronic documents and signatures.
